A parent can browse carefully selected participating programs or nominate a licensed provider already in the family's life. Care Assembly handles the employer/provider coordination from there.
Privacy by design
- Children's records are deliberately minimal: name, date of birth, and only the note the family chooses to add.
- Work-email verification is separate from the family's sign-in identity.
- Access to child information is logged.
- Deletion and age-out workflows redact identifying data while preserving required financial and audit history.
The platform does not collect card or bank information in the current orchestration-only version.
